"Crip Camp" is a documentary of the campaign to pass the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Highlighting the progress made over the last 50 years and the dogged persistence that achieved it, told by the people -- now mostly senior citizens -- who simply refused to settle for second-class-citizen status.
"Crip Camp" is thus a moving and passionate tribute to the herculean efforts it took... to bring about ramps, curb cuts and other essential accessibility provisions.

Produced by Michelle and Barack Obama, this indispensable doc is the definition of inspiring.
