"myStrength"

Allows anyone to access behavioral health or mental health services. "myStrength" focuses on topics including reducing stress, controlling anxiety, mindfulness, improving sleep, parenting, managing depression, physical fitness, weight management, quitting smoking and more.

It allows users to track their progress over time.

"MyStrength" is a web and mobile app based resource available for free in Douglas County.

Go to www.mystrength.com and use access code: DCBertNash when creating a new account. The app is also available in the App Store and Google Play.
